In the case luggage is lost or damaged, please fill the attached form, and send it with requested documents by fax at: + 223 20 29 56 00 or by mail at :

- Evident damage: within 7 days from the date of the P.I.R. ;
- hidden Damage: within 7 days from the date of baggage delivery ;
- Definitive loss of the luggage: within 21 days from the date of the P.I.R. ;
For these situations, the refund of fragile, perishable articles or value being in the registered luggage is not permitted.
NON RESTORATION OR DAMAGE OF THE REGISTERED LUGGAGE
After the filling of the report of irregularity (P.I.R. Passenger Irregularity Report) at the Lost And Found office in the airport of arrival, please send us, in the respect of delay indicated above, by fax or by mail the following documents:
- Claim form downloadable here or available in our offices at the airport
- Original Copy of the ticket or receipt of electronic note(ticket);
- P.I.R. (Passenger Irregularity Report);
You will be compensated, according to the standards of the air transport.
