RESERVATIONS & TICKET
What time do I have to get at the airport for the check-in?
The passengers are requested to be at the check-in point 2 hours prior departure. The check-in closes 45 minutes prior take off.
What to do in case I miss my flight?
You have to go immediately to Air Mali desk and notify the airline. If you have a modifiable ticket, you’ll be able to board in the next flight depending on the availability of a seat. Keep in mind that according to the type of ticket you have, you may be asked to pay additional fees.
