Why CELESTARS Frequent Flyer ?
CELESTARS Frequent Flyer makes you benefit from the strength of a group.
CELESTARS is a program created for the regular customers of three airlines of CELESTAIR group. It allows to define better the requests and the habits of journey of its members and to propose them personalized services as well as presents.
The more you use your card CELESTARS, the faster you progress from the IVORY level to the SILVER level and then GOLD. You will have access to exclusive services and privileges which will make your journeys very exceptional.
| All the miles accumulated can be exchanged for either bonus ticket, upgrade bonus or excess baggage bonus. |  |
| As soon as you will reach 20 000 miles on your accumulated miles, you will automatically move to SILVER level. CELESTARS SILVER member will have for example a priority on the waiting list, an access at the airport lounge at the main hub of the airline, etc. |  |

What do I have to make to accumulate miles ?
In order for you to accumulate miles and to benefit from all your advantages, you just have to give your card number when you are making a booking and when you check in. These miles are calculated according to the destination and to the class of your ticket.
Please note that only the individual published fares can be used to accumulate miles. Free tickets, group fares, T.O fares and those granted to travel agencies employees are excluded from the program.

Miles Bonuses will be granted to you during your membership as welcome Miles or during certain promotional events. These miles will not be taken into account in the calculation of the access to the upper level.
How to benefit from Rewards ?
Basing on miles accumulated, one can choose from a range of rewards proposed by the airline that include : free ticket, Class upgrade or Excess baggage. Please consult the table of the rewards on general terms and conditions.
Your CELESTARS card
Indicate your card number when you are making a booking and when you check in.
From your membership, remove your temporary card and accumulate miles on your account.
Registered members will receive a permanent CELESTARS card after their third flight as CELESTARS Frequent Flyer members.
